Redken Black Elite Salon

Headliners is a Redken Black Elite Salon in Mount Pleasant, MI. Redken Elite Salons carry all Redken haircare, hairstyling and haircolor product lines. We can be found through Redken’s Salon Locator for guests looking specifically for Redken trained stylists. We love working with Redken products because of their evolving ideas of innovation within our industry with education, color, and products. Our team has a minimum of 3 in-salon trainings, we send fellow teammates to other states for training, and we also take advantage of virtual training opportunities to help us stay on trend and excited for what the industry will come up with next! Each product purchased whether it’s by the salon or by the guest helps our salon gain loyalty points to help bring more education and tools within our salon.

Our History

Joseph Fiolek’s first day behind the chair was April of 1979, he finished his career out strong April 1st, 2021. He started Headliners November 1980, Headliners’ has moved locations twice in it’s existence but staying permanently in our 214 East Broadway location. Joe’s goal was to create an open space for creativity, growth, and excitement for the community, his fellow teammates, and the guests who supported the business. He’s had two partners in business in 42 years, his first was an amazingly talented stylist known to the community as “Sonny”. Towards the end of his career his second partnership was with a fellow co-worker, Hailee Lewis—who became his partner in January 2021—and become the official owner of the Headliners Salon legacy on January 1st, 2022.
